10 Meter Match
January 25, 2003  

Today we had another Official inter-club 10M match. The match was shot indoors following ISSF rules. This time we had twelve shooters which included Heather Carroll shooting in the Junior division. We also had a very special 10M rifle challenge, where the four contestants were only given 30 minutes for all 60 shots, including target retrieval and changeout after every two shots...way to go Vlad. What kind of dinner did Ron end up buying for you??

In addition, we had other guest that came and joined us in shooting the longer distances. Kevin drove down from Madison to go spring gun shopping and Vlad accommodated by bringing a few from his collection. Allen Z. even brought out a brand new customized Steyr LP10 that is capable of shooting 16 ft.-lbs in .177 and up to 20 ft.-lbs in .22 and very accurate at 30 yards.
